| I am in the same boat, 31 and trying for many years... my fertility doc said the best approach was to remove fibroids, wait three months and then do the IVF immediately. That way if more are to come they'll be small at the time of conception if it works. I had fibroids removed last April, but by January there were 5 new big ones.
