HI!
I am a 30 yr old woman trying to become pregnant, but have been unsuccessful. I do have fibroids (submucosal). I have had three IUI procedures during the summer. They all were unsuccessful. My partner has double almost triple the amount of sperm 4 men his age, so we know its me (& I feel terrible). Where should we go from here? Should i attempt to get them removed or go on to the IVF procedure?

I am in the same boat, 31 and trying for many years... my fertility doc said the best approach was to remove fibroids, wait three months and then do the IVF immediately. That way if more are to come they'll be small at the time of conception if it works. I had fibroids removed last April, but by January there were 5 new big ones. Good luck wannabamommy, anyone else have thoughts on this?
