| Although certainly not impossible, it is less common to become pregnant during your period. The pill can definitely trigger abnormal bleeding, especially if not taken consistently. If you were on the 7 day "break" from the pills when your period would normally start, then you are in fact protected from getting pregnant. If you were off of the pill for an extended period of time or were not taking it regularly, then I would at least take a pregnancy test to put your mind at ease. ↑ |
