I am a 34yr old female and I have been experiencing terrible breast pain, inflammation, tenderness and a milky to clear discharge from more than one part of the nipple in both breasts, . All of the symptoms above started in my left breast about 2mo ago and have recently also started in my right breast about 2 weeks ago.
I know that I should not squeeze the breast to promote discharge, but if I do not - I get the feeling like I am engorged similar to when I was pregnant (that was 10yrs ago) the smallest amount of discharge comes out, and I feel temporary relief.
I have also been experiencing nausea, abdominal cramping and extreme fatigue. My last menstrual cycle was Sept 3. My husband and I have been trying to conceive but the last test I took was negative and I have not missed any periods. ↓
