I am 18 years old. I got my last menses before 45 days. I dint get menses till the date. I went through ultra sound scanning to check pregnancy. The test found Right ovary shows a cyst with internal echoes measuring 57x52x41 mm in size. (Complex right ovary cyst). I would like to know that, whether this is harmful. How can i get rid of it?
