Hi. I am 23 yrs old and last summer I had a cyst removed off of my right ovary. I have never gotten my period every month and my first period was when I was 17. Every month around the time of my period or a couple of days after I have had sexual intercourse I get severe pains on my left side. It last for different amount of times and it comes and goes. It feels better if I lay on it but I also get nauseas and sometimes even dizzy. Right now I don't have health insurance and I am fighting for it at work. I have gone to the hospital a few months back and they said I had a small cyst on my right ovary again but it was too small to do anything about it unless they were to take out my ovaries which they said they refused to do. When I do get my period the flow is so bad and it last like 5 days but I go threw so many pads every hour its ridicouls. I can't take the constant pain every month and I get so sleepy and moody and I just don't know what else to do. My sister also has a severe case of PCOS. Any help or suggestions I would be most thankful for! ↓
