I recently had a CT Scan and the findings proved to be the uterus inhomegeneous in nature with multiple lobulations. There was evidence of an adnexal cyst of the ovary measuring approximately 15.0m in size. There appear to be degenerative subchrondral cystic involving acetabula on the right size. The impressions shows that the uterus is enlarged with multiple lobulations consistent with fibroid changes. However, more inferiorly towards the cervical area it becomes more indistinct. There is also an apparent adnexal cyst on the left ovary. What does this mean?
