I am having lower left abdomen pain every month two to four days after my period ends. The pain last about five days total and hurts the most when I get up from a laying position, cough, sneezing Etc. I went to the ER and had a CT scan which showed a small umbilical hernia and was told to follow up with a gyn which I did but they were no help. I feel a little sore in that area before and during my period but no where near the pain I feel two to four day after my period stops. My period last three days .I also have lower left back pain but it only last a day or two. I first noticed the pain about a year after my 2nd C- section . What could this be? Please help!! reply
