Nipple Discharge

Im a 13 year old female and just recently while getting ready for a bath i was rubbing my breasts(instead of scratching them) and a cloudy discharge came out of several points on my nipples, also there was a yellow discharge near the cloudy one. Is this normal? Is it part of puberty?
