Painless bladder infection?

I've been getting these "painless" bladder infections. I have no idea they're there because I have no pain. They're diagnosed at my 6 month physicals when my urine is tested. Now, I know to look for the cloudy, strong smelling urine to know they're there...any reason why I'm feeling aboslutely nothing??

I don't have a reply, but am wondering if anyone responded. I have the same problem. I've been prescribed ciprofloxacin, which makes me feel ill, to cure something I didn't know I had. Why does this happen?
