i'm 17 years old, have very regular periods and my PMS symptoms are very subtle. today i noticed that one of my nipples seemed a little swollen and irritated. it also hurt a lot and felt like i had a fever there. soon after this my other nipple began behaving the same way. there are no discharges but i still feel pain and i'm getting worried because this had never happened to me before. the other nipple got better but i still experience pain and an increased temperature on the other. should i make an appointment with a doctor? or should i just wait and see if it's just a PMS? ↓
