I have a friend that became pregnant while on the pill. She says its because her dose of birth control was too low. Is that possible?

never heard about having too low dose of pills can get you pregnant, that is just too impossible! there are certain cases you get pregnant when you somehow missed to take a pill or two, but i think that is just a rare case.
