ok well i am only a teen and i have a boyfriend of 11 months so i am sexualy active with him..i have been only taking the yas pill for about one week and last night me and my bf wore very drunk and i let him ejaculate in me...i am continuing to take my pill but i am very very worried that there is a chance i could get pregnant as i have only been taking it for a week please can you tell me is it possible????????please get back to me ASAP!!!!!!!!!thanks

The pill, even when taken at the same time every day & never missed, is not 100% effective, nothing is. Your insert that comes with it can answer just how effective it is & maybe many more questions you have. Your boyfriend doesn't even have to ejaculate, just having unprotected sex can yield a pregnancy, even on the pill. The pill is a very effective method, but not 100% so if you want to protect yourself, you may want to use two methods (like a condom & the pill). Plus the condom will protect you from any STD's & the pill alone will not.
