Does it mean that my cervix is blocked by something if the semen comes out immediately after having intercourse?

Blaine is right, just gravity. your cervix acts as a better vaccuum if you are aroused, but it is still just a tiny hole up there preceeded by a gushy tunnel haha. If your partner ejaculates and you stand up immediately, yes it will likely plop on out. If you are trying to get pregnant, then after he ejacs, lay on your back and stick your feet in the air for a while... that will keep those little swimmers up there much longer.
