I have been feeling lots of pain (for afew months now)on my right hip area and also "major groin pain", I cannot sit without having pain...I have a tear on my lumbar spine at the level of L4/L5 ...but my back pain... doesn't compare to the pain I have on my groin and right side where the hip is!
Doctors are clueless to what this could be... "Some" think that the tear on my spine is causing referred pain to the hip area and groin.

The pain on my right hip area started one particular day and it has never left me... the MRI on hips shows no abnormalities...But CTscan OF PELVIS and also MRI of PELVIS show that I have fluid in the pelvis cavity, Myometrial thickening at the fundus with smooth indentation of the endometrial cavity compatible with arcuate uterus.... A 4.1 x 3.4cm "complex cystic structure" in the right ovary..... Follow-Up with pelvic ultrasound recommended.

Could this cyst be the cause of all this pain I have been experiencing?
