I am 41 years of age - for the last few days I have had mild discomfort / pain / cramp in the lower right side of my abdomen. It starts just below my rib cage and seems to travel down and by early evening the pain is above my right ovary and sometimes even to the right side of my vagina. The pain feels like cramp and I am starting to get so up-tight that it might be ovarian cancer. I have no other symptons, and beside feeling a bit tired due to my 7 month old baby who was delivered through my second c-section. I have visited the doctor who has taken blood and felt my stomache but says that it was aboslutely fine. Sorry to go on and on I am just getting myself in to a terrible state. Many thanks
