Unquestionably you need to go and speak to your OBGYN or march your way to Planned Parenthood, whatever. You could have a cyst (nausea/severe cramps) but until that is determined, including the type, you have no way of knowing what it means. If something is leaking or ruptured it could be getting worse. If you can, as gross as it sounds, try to save some of that fleshy fluid in a little container in a fridge and bring to a lab the next day. Particularly since you have a child, don't chance it.
