I am 38 and have had regular periods for years up until 3 years ago. My periods now last up to 8 days and they are extremely heavy.
On 11-16 I started and it lasted until 11-24. I then started yet again on 11-29 and I still have my period. The color though was more brown than anything at the beginning of this 2nd round and then it got extremely heavy. It has gotten lighter in flow now, but it is back brown again. What could cause me to have my period within less than a week apart and last this long? If anyone knows, please respond. Thank you.
