I'm 36years old and have no children! I have ALWAYS had irregular periods! When I got married my husband and I wanted to start a family so I went to my doctor who refered me to an OB/GYN. When I saw this doctor she did a PAP and we found that I had abnormal cells on my cervix and i had those removed! Still not having a period! Then in April of 2007 I had a period that lasted for a month with heavy bleeding and heavy clotting...I went to my OB/GYN and she set me up an appt. for a D&C. After the D&C I bled for about 2 weeks and lost about 3 pounds. At this time I was going to try to get pregnant and found out that my body does not produce progestrone like it should and thats why I was not having my periods..So she put me on Chlomid for a while and progestrone pills, these seemed to help make me have a period and the Chlomid help me stop but nothing more so she then tried Tamoxifin and the progestrone pills and we got the same results. After all that She told me that there was nothing more that she could do for me! So I was then having maybe 1 or 2 periods a year until 2009. I had not had a period until March 2010. In March I stared bleeding and it would last for about a week then stop and then maybe a week later it would come back and i would go for another week. In April (the 2nd week) I started another period and i have not stopped since then! It has now been 3 months of continuous bleeding (August will be 4 months). I am currently out of work and can not afford to go to the doctor right now, so I was hoping that someone could help me and give me some advice...Is this something that will stop once all the excess linning in my uterus is gone or is there an underline problem there? The only thing with this continuous bleeding that I can count on every month I that about the 17th -19th I will have some clotting! Can anyone please help me? Thank You in advance
