I don't see how-maybe you can elaborate as to why you think so-what your symptoms are. Fibroids do not cause your body to create the HCG pregnancy hormone which is detected by a pregnancy test &/or blood test.

If you have a large fibroid growing in your uterus then you may have a swollen lower abdomen and look pregnant. A doctor can easily tell the difference. A pregnancy test will be negative and an ultrasound scan will clearly show whether you have fibroids or are pregnant.
