I am having a hard time finding out what "involuting" means. I just had a pelvic CT and in mentioned a involuting ovarian cyst right ovary.
Here is the kicker, I don't have a right ovary or tube anymore.
Any thoughts?

Dont think so much on that my friend. I too have right ovarian cyst. That gives me great pain sometimes but my doctor gave me some antibiotics which is making the cyst smaller
