I am 5 weeks after my abdominal hysterectomy. 2 weeks ago I started to experience severe pain above my wound but only on the left hand side. Pain was a 9 on my pain threshold, I am currently on medication for nerveending pain. My question is does nerve ending pain get better and how long will it take?
