I am supposed to start my period anytime soon but yesterday 5/20/10 morning when i woke up and used the restroom and i wiped i had blood on the tissue. I thought i was going to get my period. Through out the day when i went to urinate i urinated some kind of white yellowish tissue. I put on a pantyliner and its just a yellowish color. no blood. Today the same thing happened i urinated and that came out.. can anybody help me please. i dont know what that it.

Also i was on Nuva ring and i put the ring in on Feb 28 and had sex On March 1 with no condom. I took the ring out on March 21 got my period thenext day till March 29. On April I got my period on the 20 and ended the 25. they were regular flows. I dont know why this month i spotted?? My breast feel tender and big. I am also bloated.

Please help what can it be??
