recently, i noticed that my breasts are a bit asymmetrical. my left breast is a bit smaller than my right. i had my last period like a year ago, is it a post-menopausal thing?

it happens to women who are aging. it is a natural decline of the female reproductive hormone which is the estrogen.

that is right! our breasts naturally lose its fullness and firmness that is why it has a saggy appearance.

most of the time, the changes in breast occur due to age around the time of menopause.

no need to worry much, it happens to women on menopausal, or post-menopausal stage.
